A practical approach to real estate.
Before real estate, I spent 25 years in computer programming, data analysis, and database design. That background still shapes how I work: methodically, with an eye for details.
I also spent years buying and renovating homes myself, often doing much of the work hands-on. It gave me a practical understanding of properties beyond what appears in a listing.
I've called Puerto Vallarta home since 2014 and have worked in real estate here with Ron Morgan Properties since 2022. I bring those experiences together to help clients understand the property, the market, and the details that matter—giving them the context they need to make informed decisions.
